i currently have a 7600gs-1dvi,1vga, I dont do gaming at all, just watch movies. I have 2 monitors and a tv that i have hooked up as well recently. i bought a dvi splitter and run one monitor and then my tv off that...the cable from dvi spiltter to tv input is hdmi and my other monitor is vga. The problem is when i try to watch movies on my tv, i often get green spots in the picture, the picture freezes alot and randomly goes black and comes back. The only way around this is to run vga to tv and not use my 2nd monitor but pointless seeing how i no longer have my 2nd monitor now.

would this product

do the trick of running 3 monitors at once? is the card good enough, remember just movies, no gaming?

is it windows 7 compatible?

i have a asus m2n plus sli mb if that matters in this equation.

OR should i just buy another 7600gs since i can run 2 cards? i assume that another card means i would be able to run 4 monitors? dont know that much about video cards. if i go with 2 7600gs, do they have to be same brand or just both 7600gs.

TIA

For managing what essentially is 3 monitors, the best option is the new ATI 5xxx series with its EyeFinity technological for running multiple monitors.

This review is about a larger, more expensive card than you need but it provides a good description of EyeFinity:

Unfortunately, the cheapes card right now is the 5850 like this one:

XFX HD-575X-ZNFC Radeon HD 5750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Retail - $140

However they have announced that they will shortly be offering some lower priced cards in that series - you might want to wait.
