Hellow,I time out in internet always.what's my computer's problem?please help me?

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.
Look in Control Panel>System>Hardware>Network Adapters and see if yours has a tick under the Power Management tab to "Allow the computer to turn this device off to save power". If it has, take that tick out, click Apply and OK your way out. Things will improve if that was the problem.
