How much can i overclock on a socket 775 Q9505 CPU?

I'm Planning on overclocking my Q9505 CPU soon to 3.4ghz. Right now its at 2.83ghz. How much can i overclock on my sockett 775 q9505 CPU? Ive also never overclocked before so this is new to me. Heres what ill buy for the Overclocking:

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, CPU Cooler, 120mm, Black
Arctic Cooling MX-2 High Performance, Thermal Paste, 4g
Arctic Silver ArctiClean 60ml Kit.

I would read he sticky that I linked here before you start so you have a good general idea of how to go about overclocking. The one thing that I ill say is that you will need a olt of patience and time to do it as it can be a tedious process. I do suggest that you take your time and not rush it because you will end up with a better overclock if you do. Once you get to your target overclock if there an option in the bios to save the overclock profile you should do so because if the bios is reset for some reason you want to be able o get your settings back without going through the process all over again.
