Mobo match for AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black specs

I would like to build a computer for Pro/e CAD and have selected the AMD Phenom. what would be a good mobo and RAM speed (1333,1600,1800MHz) to get the most from the CPU for the lowest price? what else should i consider? thank you.
