Latest Win 7 (x64) Driver Consistently Crashing

Well I know that this driver is the problem, after loading the driver I get a BSOD almost immediately after booting. The BSOD did not hold, it would flash for about 2 seconds and than reboot. After uninstalling, no problems. Windows automatically loads what I assume is a different driver, once I uninstall everything Nvidia and reboot. Anybody else have the same problem?
