On air you can get to 4.5ghz if you do it right and don't skip any steps , it's a tediousprocess and if you want a high overclock and have it stable you'll have to take your time and do it right.

You should be able to get up to 4.5-4.6 even 4.7 no problem. Over clocking really isn't a "set and forget" process though. Getting feedback from what people have reached is good, but you really want to spend the time to tune your computer to ensure your own stability. Everyone's system is different.

Do a little more research on the overclocking process with the motherboard and voltage settings and you'll be good! It will take a bit of playing around but you'll find better results overall (taking into account things such as temperature, voltage, etc, fan speeds, etc.) than just setting the multiplier to 46 and letting it run.
