GA-EP45-UD3R Crashing

I have windows 7
ATI HD 4890
4gb G.skill DDR2 1066mhz RAM
2.66ghz Intel Core 2 Duo and just randomly I get the blue screen, every game I play crashes constantly, and it just runs crappy even off a fresh install of windows 7. I want help making it stable like a BIOS fix or something. I have the last drivers.

1- Do u have OC the rig? If i'm right, reset to stock.
2- Test the RAM stick by stick with memtest86+
