Hi, I ran some 3dmark06, pcmark05 and aquamark 3 benches, are the scores good ? (could not do 3dmark11 for lack of dx 11)

Spare pc's specs:

*Intel G45ID board
*8gb ddr2 800 in dual channel
*Sapphire HD4890 OC ed. 1gb 256bit
*3x 500gb 7200rpm (Seagate)
*1x 1TB 7200rpm (Western Digital)
*Corsair AX1200w
*Benq 24"
*Win7 x64 Pro sp1
*Catalyst 12.6 legacy

(AV and pwm disabled for benching, default tests used)

Your power supply won't be straining to handle the load that's for sure, it will be on vacation in the Bahamas sipping those little umbrella drinks!

Additionally you have fully covered your next hardware upgrade with it.

As one running dual power supplies totaling 2,250w, I give you my Ryan overkill award!

It's always better to have more than you need, than not enough! :hello:
