Atikmdag stopped working

Hello Everybody,
I have a very serious problem ... i have vista windows with a display card ATI radeon 4890 Sapphire. I just bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and i cant play it because it says this thing... I had this error 5 months ago when i was trying to play another game. I did a search and i found out that i had to unistall Catalyst Control center. I did that , but it continued. I formatted my pc but still.. Please help me!

Im having the same exact problem you are i tried everything on that website that i understood how to do <not the most computer savvy person> but none of it did anything still looking for answers.
