Asus or MSI

was comparing the Asus P7P55D-EVO & MSI P55A-GD65 .
my question is which is more of a better mobo as both of them is equally same in terms of price and connectivity .

i will also overclocking the i7 875k to 4 Ghz so which will be easy , stable, reliable , power efficient and lifespan.

Need opinion before i make my purchase .

Both are great boards,you can't go wrong with either, but judging from reviews,the ASUS model has a slightly better OC'ng potential

I would go with the MSI, since it provides SATA III and USB 3.0 support and the ASUS board doesn't, if you are going to run an ATI graphics card setup. I would go with the ASUS motherboard, if you plan on running a Nvidia card. The MSI board doesn't support SLI based on their website.
