RAM Upgrade or Other Upgrades?

Hello! I am planning to upgrade my computer. The thing I want to upgrade are most is my RAM. After you view my computer specs below do you recommend me in upgrading my RAM or something else. I use my PC mainly for gaming and homework.

RAM: 2GB DDR2 (1x1 of 1 GB Ram)
CPU: Intel Pentium E2180 Duel CPU @ 2.00GHZ
GPU: Geforce GT 520 1GB DDR3
Hard drive: 500GB 7200RPM
PSU: 250 WATT
Motherboard: P5KPL-AM-SE
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit

To use more than 3 Gb of ram u will need 64 bit OS, so u will need a new OS.

My suggestion, is to save money for new build.... (u can still use the HDD)

Upgrade the ram/other part will not give much benefit.
It already balanced system if u upgrade one part it will bottleneck-ed by the rest
