My pci express solid state hard drive cannot be formatted for a reinstall of win

My Dell Insppiron Mini 910 has had some trouble. it says no OS detected. So i trierd reinstalling the OS but when I get to the select partition screen i can see the drive and how many MB is on it but. i cannot choose it or delete it or format it .It has no other information on it though just how manny Gigs it is

You will need to install the driver for the pci-e drive at the beginning of the Windows installation, it will then show up as an available drive to install the OS.
