Full System Restore/Restore Factory settings

My Windows 7 computer was wireless and we had wireless internet....now it doesn't show a wireless connection and when I try to put it back in there is no wireless available and it won't work. I was considering a full system restore but I don't have disks, only the D backup. What do I do?

So what happened between the time it "was wireless" and is not now. Did you shut off the wifi antenna maybe? Laptop, desktop? Did you check Device Manager to make sure the wifi hardware is there and working?
