Hello, long time lurker, first time poster. Its getting to the point where its time to replace my computer. (About 3 years ago, and because of lack of patience I bought a Best Buy machine. Whoops.)

This time, Im going to try building my CPU. Im not looking for anything too future proof, just fairly future proof. I know I want an AMD processors, definitely going to go with a Phenom 965.

My question is about Nvidia AM3 motherboards. I'd like to be able to use a GTX460, they just seem like best bang for the buck. And I'd also like to be able to use a second one in SLI down the road if it doesnt seem to be enough. I plan on getting a decent sized (750 watt) power supply, and 1333 RAM.

And now the actual question. Is there some sort of flaw with using the Nvidia Chipsets with an AMD processor. Something that hinders performance or will bite me in the rear in the end?
