2 routers on one modem

I have a macbook with a d-link modem with one port and air express router with one port. Question is this: My husband now has a Dell pc with Windows XP and wants to connect to the internet using our Comcast connection. What is the best way to do this?

Does he want to connect wireless internet or physically plug into it for internet using a ethernet cable. both possiblilities have completely different answers and if he wants to connect with a ethernet cable then you will have to buy either another router or a wireless interface for the computer if it is a desktop. please let me know whether he wants to connect physically or wirelessly
