Can i overclock this to 4.0Ghz

ok so im build a gaming rig and want to overclock my cpu to 4.0Ghz its the i5 3570k and the motherboard is the Asrock Z77 Extreme4 and the Cpu Cooler is Corsair H100 so what will the temp be and will it be stable to go any higher

Each processor is different. Grab Prime95 or some other burn in test software of your choice, increase your multiplier so you go up 100Mhz a jump, run your software for 15 minutes or so to make sure it's fairly stable until you get to 4Ghz. If it's still stable then run it like that for a while as you normally would use it and see if you have any issues.

And try to get it stable on as low a voltage as possible, this will keep temps under control,
