Okay i ran some torture tests on my GTX 460, max temp is 50c and it only gets there after the 1 hour mark then it stays like that.
Idle temp is 27c. Core clock is at 750 and Memory clock is at 1800 now i know i can overclock it but in MSI afterburner the Core Voltage and Power Limit are blanked off... ie i cant change those values. Is there any way around this without getting into bios?
card brand is Hasse with an after market cooler at full blast. (its also VERY VERY quiet.)

Solution
In MSI afterburner click on settings at the bottom.
General tab.
Put a check mark in the box "Unlock Voltage Controll".
The power limit is for 600 series cards and is not used for 400 series cards.
