No Cyrillic languages in Regional Settings

Hello, everybody!
I just installed Windows XP, then went to Control Panel->Regional and Language Options to add another language, just to discover that I don't have any Cyrillic Languages! None whatsoever! Nowhere! I can install Thai, Hebrew, Arabic, etc., but Cyrillic - no Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian...Is there any way to find them? How do I do it? TIA

Thank you, but those are Language interface packs - which means all the menus and buttons are gonna be in that language. I just want to be able to switch languages on my keyboard, so I can type in Latin and Cyrillic
