Please post again with a description of what you are seeing, what kind of machine you have (make and model), and what you need.

My best guess with so little information is that you upgraded an older machine to Win7 and see an error on an sm bus controller in the Device Manager. If this is the case, we would have to know what particular hardware you are using and what the device used to do.
