Thanks for the reply's, indeed it will be some time before I actually purchase, but it's still nice to have an estimate. I'll definitely do a recap once the time comes.
Buying deals as they come available might also be an option, so I'll try to stick around and keep things updated.

MadAdmiral, your suggested build was very similar to what I had in mind, but I wasn't to sure on the PSU so thanks.
