Gigabyte EP45-UD3R Overclocking help

I want to overclock my Q9400 on my Gigabyte EP45-UD3R mobo. I have no clue where to even start with this though. Can somebody send me a link to a guide or anything? I haven't been able to find much.


Intel - Q9400 2.6 Ghz
Corsair - 4 GB - DDR2 - PC2-6400 (533.3 mhz)
WD Black HD (not in raid) - 2 x 1 TB
Gigabyte EP45-UD3R
Nvidia GeForce - GTX 570

If you look at the top of the forums here yu will find a lot of stickys on overclocking , You can also get a lot of info from a Google search of the word " overclocking ".

I had that same board and chip and got it to run for years at 3.8 FSB 450 mem 1 to 1 forget voltages but bump up north bridge voltage mem voltage and cpu voltage a few bumbs at a time the slowly increase the fsb till it fails then up voltage again until you are happy or to scared to go any higher. You can jump to 400 fsb no issue 1 to 1 mem if you have at least DDR2 800 mem.
