Im not sure if I should go with a WC kit or buy the parts seperately. And I havent found a PSU. I have an extra 800W but it's burned out 2 MB's so im not risking that again.

First I recomend not going with the 9800gtx its outdated and price to performance is bad. Second if your SLIing larger cards I would recomend a corsair tx750. Third for the water cooling I would make a seperate post in the cooling forum here as they will be better able to assist you in designing a loop. At your budget consider a GTS 250
