Which is better mother board

please someone suggest out of these two which is better mother board

1. GA-MA785GM US2H

OR

2. GA-MA78GM-US2H

I want to put graphic card MSI R 5770 or MSI GTX 460 in to one of this MB.

which one will be better and why.

I am having phenom 550 chip

Aside from the onboard VGA,which the 785GM has HD 4200 and the later model has HD 3200, there isn't any notable difference between them.
