Windows installation freezes in my new PC....pls help!!!

HI GUYS....I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW ASSEMBLED PC AND HERE'S THE CONFIGURATION....

MOTHERBOARD---- ASUS M4A89GTD

PROCESSOR------- AMD PHENOM X2 555

GRAPHICS CARD------ ATI RADEON 5770(XFX)

DVD ROM---------------- LG 22X SATA

RAM---------------------- CORSAIR XM3 1333MHZ DDR3 2X2GB DUAL STICK.

THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL THE OS(ANY OS) THE FIRST LOADING SCREEN APPEARS AND THEN IT STARTS FREEZING....I HAVE ALSO EXCHANGED THE RAM AND TRIED INSTALLING BUT STILL THE PROBLEM EXISTS.....PLEASE FIND ME A SOLUTION FOR THIS.....

Try going into bios and disable the 3.5 floppy drive I know it sounds stupid but it has been known to cause windows installs to hang if its enabled and you dont have a floppy drive.
