My computer keeps restarting during boot up

Hello, my name is kenneth i am working with a computer and it keeps restarting itself.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
A bit more info will be helpful here. What are the specs for this computer - if store bought, what make and model and what Operating System?.
There are quite a few issues that can cause that, we'll need a little more info to go on. What was the last thing you did with the computer before this occured? Are there any lights, beeps or other when you attempt to start?

Have you installed new software or hardware recently?
Have you tried to boot into Windows Safe Mode?
