Should I overclock the x3 and save money for a 7750 card or get the x4 with a 6670

You could try unlocking if you have already got it, and get lucky with the 4th core if your motherboard supports it, also it would depend on the games you play, and I think the 7750 is a great card without the use of any extra power cords necessary.

and you should wait if you are taking the plunge into amd instead of the intel if you already own the motherboard that is AM3+ capable to see if the 4350 FX is worth the wait instead of the older generation's processors.

Yeah I was going to overclock it 10% and I want to play BF3 at med settings and BFBC2 at high

I meant the Piledriver vishera cpus upcoming in the next month or so, with approximately 10% overall improved clock for clock processing capabilities and the successor to the bulldozer series the FX 4100 series.

Its just that I have the X3 435 and it successfully unlocked into a X4 B35 phenom processor minus the L3 cache and I myself am waiting for the Piledriver to release so i can upgrade to this as I have the 890GX asrock mobo and it helps in unlocking the cores on the previous gen processors.
