Selling my Homebuilt Machine, wondering what asking price should be.

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong board. I'm not trying to sell it here; just looking for opinions.

This is my rig:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHZ 1066MHZ S775

Motherboard: Gigabyte N650SLI-DS4L S775 Sound Lan

Memory: 4 GB OC6499 800MHZ DDR2 (4x1 GB)

Hard Drive: Western Digital 500GB SATAII 16MB

Video Graphics: (Dual) EVGA 8800GT 512MB Superclock PCI-E

Power Supply: Cooler Master Real Power 750Watt

Optical Drive: LG GSAH55NK 20X +/- Dual Layer

Case: Apevia X-Discovery Metal Case w/ Side Window (Blue)

How much do you all think I should ask for it? Thanks in advance!

  1. Best answer
    eh, id say 300USD tops
  2. Ya,
    I have a similar setup with Q6600 and GA-P35 with a G92 8800GTS but I have a CM590 case and a Zalman 750 PSU, and 8GB of DDR2 800.

I would hope to get $400 for mine at best case scenario, and your case is junk, your power supply isn't the best quality either.
  3. Start at $400, and if someone offers you $300, take the money and run.

  5. That's kinda depressing! Oh well, maybe I'll keep it and get rid of an even older computer. And just sell one of the 8800s and 2 Gigs of RAM to a friend.
