I'm having issues with my 1 TB Iomega Home Media Network Hard Drive.

Disk spins and seems to work, but light on side flashes blue and orange (which is supposed to mean that the drive couldn't find an IP addy).

I've tried connecting the ethernet cable directly to computer (per troubleshooting diections) and no luck.

I've tried power-cycling, no luck.

Device worked fine up until I moved. I don't think it was banged around. I did switch routers...But new router has UPnP enabled and firewall turned off...(Belkin G Router F5D7230-4, firmware is current).

I'm fairly computer savvy, but this has got me...

Any help?

Hi bennettwrite,

I am also facing the exact same problem. Did you find a solution?

You are not alone....also have this problem or at least similar. It says it is on a different subnet mask...and is not routable but it isn't as far as I can tell. It has a fixed IP address and I cannot access it by inserting the ip address in a browser. I believe something is corrupt in the device but have not idea how to sort it out.
