I'm buying my self a new pc, and have decided on the AthlonII x3 435 CPU, due to its good value.

But i'm lost when it comes to motherboards! I'm looking at the ASRock 890GX Extreme3, but would prefer something without a graphics built into it.

I will use it for games, crossfire/sli, and i would like good overclocking/unlocking core features as well

so if anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be great!

thanks for the reply! but it seems a little pricy to me, (considering the limited DDR3 support, and I don't need SATA3)

stumpled across this one:
ASUS M4A79XTD EVO

wich suits my needs pretty well, does anyone have any thoughts on this board

Thanks for the response, but with a bit of help from other sources, including these two rewievs

i've decided on this board: ASRock 890FX Deluxe3
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157196&cm_re=ASRock_890FX_Deluxe3-_-13-157-196-_-Product

as it offers good overclocking, core unlocking, PCIe*16 in crossfire, SATA3 and USB3 for good value.
