One of my usb ports are broken, now the rest do now work. However, i am able to use the other ports to charge devices but the laptop does not recognise there is a usb device attached.
The laptop also thinks there are 2 unrecognised devices attached when there isn't. I have tried removing the devices that the laptop thinks is attached through device manager but the ports still do not work. I have update chipset driver as well. Is it possible to permanently uninstall the port that is not working?
