Help with overclocking the AMD FX 8120.

Hey guys,
I am planning on overclocking my AMD FX 8120.
I have just bought a Coolermaster Hyper 212 heatsink. I was just wondering if anybody could show me a guide on how to overclock it, and or anything I would need to know before i start, and how high should I overclock.
And replies would be greatly appreciated.

AMD FX 8120 @3.10ghz
Gigabyte 990fXa-D3
16gb Corsair Vengeance.
750watt Armacrox Freestyle PSU (80+ bronze.)
EVGA nVidia GTX 560Ti
Coolermaster hyper 212.

you should be able to get around 4.5GHz if im not mistaken
