Hello,

I bought a new computer and decided to format my old computer. I installed XP successfully and my video card drivers, but my motherboard "Elite Group k7s5a v1.0" is not working. I tried installing the drivers for Lan, VGA, and Sound, but when i click setup for VGA I get an error "Unable to find EGA." The onboard ethernet is also not detected, even after installing the drivers. The sound drivers begin to install but half way through it asks for a restart. I lost my disk for the motherboard, so I'm not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestiosn?

Do a search for the drivers on ecs website under "archives" or socket a. Save them to your documents file and burn a cd. Once you get the lan driver installed, you can let windows search for them, choose the update option in the device manager under "system" or just install them yourself.
