Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe overheating

Hey all,

I have an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard with an AMD Athlon x2 6400 processor and two Geforce 8800Gts.

I downloaded Asus Probe to check out my temperatures and I keep getting a warning on my Motherboard. The threshold in Asus Probe is set at 45 degrees but while playing games, it usually goes up to around 47-49. Idle it hovers around 42. Is this a potential problem or is a few degrees over not a big deal?

Also, would updating the bios help this? I'm anxious to do this because I tried it once with EZ Flash and it killed my board.
