Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

It should be in c:\windows\system32 folder but there's a copy in c:\windows\system32\dllcache which you can copy and put in the right place.

First, you need to go into the Tools menu in Windows Explorer (My Computer) then View menu and tick to "show hidden files and folders" then untick "Hide protected system files" to be able to see the spare copy.
