Hi everyone! :hello:
I've just built my first system, here are the specs:
GA EX-58 UD3R mobo
Intel i7-920
XFX HD 5850 1G Core Edition
OCZ Gold 6GB CL8-8-8-24 1.65V
Segate Barracuda 1.5TB
Antec EarthWatts 650W PSU
Antec Nine Hundred Two Case

So here is my problem:
I connect everything, nice and tight. But when I try to turn on the system, it goes into a loop, lasting about 2-3 seconds, then turning off, then starting again. But when I remove the 12V rail, the GPU and fans start up, however, obviously, there is no display on the screen. I have tried everything I could find on forums, from using one RAM module to pulling everything apart and building again. And now, I think it could be due to a faulty PSU. Please give your thoughts. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Have you checked your front panel connectors?? Mainly the power/reset connections. If you suspect that they aren't hooked up right or maybe one of the switches is bad, you can jumper the power switch on the mobo to test it out. It may be the PSU, but I'd just double check all of your connections (which I don't know if you did already or not.

Apparently there was a circuitry problem with my mobo. So I returned it, and I got a new one. Now everything works fine. Thanks for responding!
