Hwmonitor wont detect my 9800 pro

why cant cpuid hardware monitor not detect my 9800 pro i have it oc'ed from 378 to 425 and want to see heat of it.

my brother has x1550 on win7 and HWmonitor doesn't detect it too...

I believe that the temperature monitor didn't work properly in the 9xxx series cards till the 9800XT. That's when they allowed overdrive and why they didn't allow it before.

thank you i guess ill just hope it holds...

hehe i replaced the little fan on gpu for a 2 inch vortex fan pushing air at 75kmh on heat sink i hope this will cut or ill just have to throw the gcard out... i wanna push it to 500mhz to see.
