Since you tried your GPU in another system, could you borrow a PSU from a buddy and see if that changes anything?? I'm not sure of the quality of the PSU that you have, so I don't know if that is something to worry about.

I don't have another PCU.Everything work just fine,no bluescreen or restart until I did wire management.I am sure that I did everything fine. The problem had shown after I change the cooler conecion(120 mm case fan)

Ahhh the case fan. Thought you were talking about a different fan. Maybe the mobo got shocked with static electricity or something like that. Not sure, but it's a possibility.

Is there a possibility to get it working?
And I don't understand why has to malfunction like that,i mean it broke so easyly

Any other ideas?

You could take out everything out of the case and lay it flat on a non-conductive surface (cardboard works well). Than try and power up the system. Maybe you had a loose screw or something that shorted out a circuit on the mobo somewhere.
