Ok i got some help already and replaced alot of te things i was going to get and want to make sure this will work. I dont want to spend more then $750, all i will use his for is world of warcraft, and videos. I have never built a computer before so all your input would be good. Thx

The only thing I'd say is that 2gb of memory is really cutting it close. Also the 5770 will perform a little better than the 4850 and have dx11, better effeciency, lower heat for 20 more dollars.

Looks pretty good! I'd consider some changes. Here is what I'd consider changing:

Another thought is if you have a friend that has a .edu email address, you can get Win7 for ~$30!!
