The only thing I'd say is that 2gb of memory is really cutting it close. Also the 5770 will perform a little better than the 4850 and have dx11, better effeciency, lower heat for 20 more dollars.
 
Looks pretty good! I'd consider some changes. Here is what I'd consider changing:

Another thought is if you have a friend that has a .edu email address, you can get Win7 for ~$30!!
