Will the corsair h60 push and pull be able to oc my i7 2600k to 4.5ghz in stable temps? What are the range of temps I should expect? Should I get the H70 premium hydro?

If you have the option to get the H-70 then I would do so because you will get better cooling power and I'm also sure you will be wanting to go further then 4.5 ghz eventually. The H-60 would be good enough up to 4.5 ghz and you would want something more for beyond that , so if you do want to stop there and you are absolutly sure that you won't be going further then the H-60 will be fine.

Well ..... if you are expecting the H70 to give improved cooling over the better air coolers, then I'd say no because it can't deliver.

Corsair H70 (high)* 65.3
Thermaltake Frio OCK* 65.2
Thermalright Venomous X 63.0
Cooler Master Hyper 612 PWM 62.3
Thermalright Silver Arrow* 61.8
Cooler Master V6 GT* 61.2

The $50 Hyper 212 runs 3C cooler than the Corsair H70 while being much quieter. And for $4 more than what the H70 costs (after $10 rebate), you could own the Phanteks ... $81 after $10 off w/ promo code "Phantek0912", ends 9/30
