Hello guys!

As in the title i was told, my hardware (exactly Usb host ctrlr 6serires chipset/ c200) have an err#19 :
"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. To fix this problem you should uninstall and then reinstall the hardware device. (Code 19)" <"bull_shht>>!
And the result is my mouse hang up.

I've tried this: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/code...
but I can't fix that err. I've got a lot of important jobs on the system drive (I'm a programmer), so I can't use norton GHOST.

Any helps welcome!

PS: Sorry 4my bad EN!

So you uninstalled the device from device manager, installed the chipset drivers again and did not fix it, or you did not try that?

You can try running a Windows setup in Repair mode, although you'd want to backup your files anyway. Repair won't remove anything, it should replace any errors with the default setup files.
