Best Graphics Card for the money

So, I want to upgrade my integrated graphics to e decent graphic card. I'm not a hardcore gamer or high graphics enthusiastic, but I like having good graphics and 20+ framerates. I will play at 1024x768 or 1280x1024 or similar resolution on a 18.5in display. I live in Albania so I can't purchase online and I I'm stuck with two cards:
nVidia GeForce 9500GT 512MB DDR3($70) or Ati Radeon HD 4670 1GB DDR3($110).
Do you think the 4670 is worth $40 more, cuz I'm kinda low on budget. My current rig is: AMD Athlon 7750 @ 3.0GHz//ASUS M2N68-AM SE2//APACER 2GB PC-6400 RAM.

4670 isn't that much pricey. I don't know where'd you get that price.


You should definetly go with 4670. It is for 1680x1200

So you will get a great great performance at 1200x1024

Personally, I think you should consider 4650 too.

It costs less but plays every game at 1280x1024
(personal experience)



I would say you go with 4670.

9500 GT is good but not as much as 4670
