H77 PRO 4 or Z77 EXTREME4

I've chosen to go with IB , 3570k - And yes I would like to overclock it to around 4Ghz in the future maybe more. Why is the H77 not as good for overclocking? It's just that the H77 is £30 Steeper. So what is actually so much better about the Z77?

Because you can't OC on H77. Z77 and Z75 are the only two (7 series) chipsets that you can.
