9500gt on a 300w psu

My PSU is a unbranded 300W max. here are the specifications:
+3.3V 14A
+5V 14A
+12V 14A
-12V 0.5A
SHOULD THIS BE ABLE TO RUN A 9500GT WELL, WITHOUT PROBLEMS?

since 9500Gt doesn't need a power connector from PSU then i think u should be fine..

as long as your card are not require power connector from PSu then i would say u will safe with that card...

If I were you, I'd go with the 5670. $100, near 8800GT performance, DX11, No power connection.
