Right Click -- New Context Menu

Hello all,

I have a question, is there any way to add a program to the right click --
new context menu? I am trying to add a new file like when you right
click --> new --> Text Document. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can do this in TweakUI > Templates. TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
