Best solution

If you want quiet, then Gigabyte with its triple-fan cooler.

If you want maximum performance then MSI, due to its triple over-voltage and PWM. I couldn't be happier with my MSI Power Edition card, and I would definitely recommend it. It also stays quiet.

As for the ASUS card, its not bad, it will definitely bring great performance as well as good overclocking potential while staying quiet. The problem is that it doesn't excel in either quiet and cool (Gigabyte wins) or high overclocks (MSI Power Edition). It's solid and if you like backplates then go for it, just keep in mind that it won't be the best card you could've chosen.
