Replacing my motherboard?

Hi, my motherboard recently went out on me and im replacing it with another motherboard from another brand and instead of it being an intel chipset like my last one, its an nforce750i chipset. i was just curious if i had to worry about anything since im changing chipsets and brands because there was some software that came along with my old motherboard. I know the answer is probably no and i just need to uninstall the old software when i start my system back up again... but i just want to be sure

Thanks!

You may have to do a format, unless you can get into windows safe mode and load some of the new board drivers. Some folks have used certain procedures to save the old files, but I've never tried them.
