You didn't specify which CPU you were looking at. The rest kind of depends on your choice.

Looks like an overall decent build, but I feel you can do better.

First off, for cooling, at that pricepoint for air cooling the best you can get would be

Looking for something in 180 to 300 dollar range with a screen size of 24 to 27in. Not sure what kind of resolution i should get.
