Emailing pic from My Documents,

When I try to email pics from My Documents using Outlook Express, a box appears with " No Profile Created... to create new profile use the MAIL icon in Control Panel"
When I open the icon it comes up with an empty box beneath which is two options. "Prompt for Profile" or " Always use this Profile "
Please tell me how to create a profile

Solution
Assuming your setup isn't different, which it shouldn't be, go into your control panel via the Start Menu.. Then, depending on your view, click User Accounts and then Mail if in category view, otherwise simply click Mail in classic view. It should ask you to create a profile there.
