It will work just fine. It looks like your motherboard has both Sata 1 (1.5Gbps) and Sata 2 (3.0 Gbps) ports. When you put in the solid state drive, make sure you put it in the Sata 2 ports. Check your motherboard manual or online to find out which one is which. It might say on the motherboard as well.
Edit: From a quick check, it looks like Dell suggest putting the hard drives (or ssd's) in the two Sata ports labeled as SATA0 and SATA1.
