DVD Rom copies corrupted files.

Hello friends!
I have a very crazy problem. Whenever I install something from DVD Rom it copies corrupted or misses a file. I bought a new DVD Rom and even borrowed someone's DVD Rom, still no luck. I changed it's cables, nothing happened. I have Optiplex 745 with newly installed 1gb Radeon HD 4350 Graphics Card. I am sure it's not Graphics Card's or Hard Drives fault cause I even tried with with GC removed and HDD replaced.

Run a thorough memory check using something like Memtest86. I have had PCs with bad memory experience problems like yours.

Also, I assume you tried other CDs and DVDs?
